Texas Security Source is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of any security company or its employees listed on this platform.

If you choose to contract a security company through our platform, you do so at your own discretion. Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements are strictly between you and the security company.

If a security company chooses to be non-compliant with your service agreement terms or instructions, Texas Security Source is not liable for any resulting damages, losses, or issues.

All companies are not the same. Each company may have irresponsible employees, while others may be very responsible. Please choose wisely when selecting a security provider.

We encourage you to research each company, review their profile, verify their credentials, and ask questions before entering into any agreement.

Texas Security Source does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of any service provided by companies on this platform.

Clients can post security requests without a subscription. Access to the verified security-company directory requires Client Premium at $19.99/month. Applicable pricing and billing terms are presented before purchase.

If paid subscription features are offered or reactivated in the future, applicable subscription fees will be disclosed before purchase and billed according to the terms presented at checkout. Existing paid subscribers remain subject to the terms applicable to their active subscription.

If paid subscription features are offered or reactivated in the future, refund and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Existing paid subscribers remain subject to the refund and cancellation terms applicable to their active subscription.

We reserve the right to change paid subscription features and pricing with appropriate notice and disclosure.

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from services rendered must be resolved directly between you and the security company.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Texas Security Source. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Your personal information, including email, phone number, and uploaded documents, is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when creating your account and understand that providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

Texas Security Source reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account — client or company — for fraudulent activity, abuse, harassment, violation of these terms, or any conduct we determine is harmful to the platform or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of Texas Security Source shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

Texas Security Source, its name, logo, and all platform content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The 'Last Updated' date below reflects the current version.
